Shipping & Return

We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, United Kingdom, and China. After your orders is complete, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest center, we will ship your orders from our main fulfillment in China where we stock a large quatity and style of the products. Shipping is also based on your location; Please expect 3-7 days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.

Tracking

 Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can tracking your order at your country’s post website or DHL official site.

Wrong Address

 It it the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is alwasys a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Package

 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packgaes. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any question on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.

Return

To request a return authorization, please email us at marketing@alvantor.com. All returns require a return authorization.

Unless the return is due to Alvantor's error (i.e. The item is damaged or defective upon arrival), the original shipping cost will not be refunded and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Any claim for damaged or defective products must be made within within 72 hours of the delivery of your order. If the claim is made after 72 hours, we will honor our 1 year limited warranty and provide you with the best repair option for your product and issue. 

If the product is returned because of the wrong address you provided, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

In the following cases, a 20% restocking fee will apply to your return:

  • Order/ item rejected on delivery
  • Unauthorized return
  • Received more than 30 days ago
  • Cancel the order after fulfillment
  • Requesting a return after shipping without product quality issues
