Alvanto Bubble Tent and Screen House both have three sizes:10'x10'x7'H(18.7 lbs), 12'x12'x8'H(32 lbs), and 15'x15'x8.5'H(48 lbs). All these tents can be folded into a compact carry bag with about 41.7" diameter. Choose them carefully according to your needs and dimensions of your space

The Alvantor bubble tent structure is made of non-corrosive, 100 % recyclable PVC and PA6 materials. The ribs are made of fiberglass, which upgrades the plastic cover reinforces strength & sturdiness of the frame.

Alvantor screen house' frames are also made of fiberglass, light-weight and long-last, other similar tents on the market are made of steel and iron, which is heavy and easy to be rusted. The top is made of fabric, which provides an all-day UPF 50+ UV protection against burning sun, but not waterproof & not rainproof. All the screen walls are made of mesh netting.

Under proper conditions, the transparent cover has a life span of min. 2 years. Protecting it against excessive UV exposure and keeping it clean before storing will increase the life span of the cover.

We always urge owners to use outdoor type, electrical space heaters and extension cords. The Alvantor bubble tent interior retains heat, so there should not be any need to have the heaters on 24/7

Please refrain from using:
a) Propane or gas-based heaters
b) Open fire heating sources
c) Charcoal or coal-based heaters. Using these sources may lead to carbon monoxide poisoning if used.

The Alvantor bubble tent has two entrances and two windows. Simply opening these for a short amount of time will help circulate the humid air inside of thebubble tent.

Humidity in the bubble tent is attributed to two factors. Rain water slipping in and the surface it is placed on. It is wiser to elevate your bubble tent on a platform in order to prevent rain water coming in.

Surfaces like soil, grass will easily generate a lot of humidity and condensation. Choose an even surface that dries out quickly after a rain.

Alvantor bubble tent can bear up to max. 30 lbs of snow. If the snow on the dome reaches 2”, you should remove it with a broom or similar tool in order to prevent damage to bubble tent. It may leak when wet. It has a waterproof attachment top cover to be purchased separately.

Alvantor Bubble tent’s structure is stable between temperatures ranging from -4°F to +140°F and withstands exposure to sunlight of up to UV index 5.

Our 12'*12' size Bubble Tent corners with 8 elongated sandbags, 16 guylines and 16 mounting stakes, will provide stability when in windy conditions. NOTICE, NOT recommended to sue when the wind force reaches level 6 (10.8-13.8 m/s)

Our Bubble Tents are only waterproof and snowproof with the top cover. NOTICE, please monitor amount of snow on roof; if above 2", please clean snow from roof to prevent collapsing!

Most UK online orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Leicester by Hermes or YODEL (Excludes Weekend). Estimated delivery dates depend on location and are typically scheduled to arrive 3-7 days(may longer due to outbreak) after an order has shipped.

If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest center, we will ship your orders from our main fulfillment in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products with TNT or other carriers. Shipping is also based on your location, Please expect 10-15 business days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.

In winter close the windows and the dome will heat up several degrees, especially when it is very cold but the sun is out. It is also ideal for cutting out the wind chill factor. It will require roughly 40 % less heating in winter than a standard greenhouse due to the geodesic shape. This is due to its low volume for its base area and the fact that its surface is always at right angles to the sun’s rays even in low winter sun, heating it up naturally.

Like a greenhouse, the temperature in the bubble tent will always be several degrees hotter than the external temperature; therefore it will get hot in summer. Keeping all the windows open will help to reduce the heat inside. However, during sunny spring - summer days, when the outside temperature is above 50°F, the interior air temperature can rise to excessive heat levels (+140°F). These conditions may harm your bubble tent structure, any furniture inside, or your pets and plants.

When the outside temperature is above 50°F, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to monitor the interior temperature of bubble tent, keep the windows and doors open during day time.

The Bubble Tent/Screen House does not come with floor tarp, covers and lights. You can easily purchase them on our website.

Yes, we can deliver Bubble Tents/Screen Houses to most European countries, but additional shipping fee may apply.

1. Please contact Customer Service before you return your package, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. We do not accept any return merchandise without Return merchandise authorization or shipped out over 30 days from delivery date. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. Products return must be in new & resalable condition. They will be inspected upon receipt.

3.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after merchandise is returned back to us and after inspection. We'll issue the refund to your original account. Once Your refund been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Otherwise please contact us freely, we will help you to check.

4.Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable. This includes shipping to customer & back to our warehouse. Any order with free shipping will be assessed standard shipping charges.
