Warranty

All Alvantor products carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

Alvantor guarantees this warranty to the original purchaser only, warranty is not transferable.

We will provide Warranty Service to all Alvantor products that break or tear due to a manufacturers defect. Intentional damage or damage by an outside force such as an animal chewing on the tent, or the tent being damaged while placed at home does not qualify for warranty consideration.

Please retain your original receipt or invoice. If the warranty is approved, a full replacement will be provided.

Please report to us (marketing@alvantor.com)if any damages or defective within 24 to 72 hours when you receive the order. If over 72 hours, we will help you repair with 1 year limited warranty
